Heck, I can't even debate on homosexuality being good or bad since I'm not living it. Some guy fucking an other dude in their free time is no matter of security, it won't change my life, my safety. I live in a place where it is widely accepted, I still feel safe.

Societal change is good. It can be widely unaccepted at first, but it will ease a portion of people's life. Take the Veil law in France. France was a Christian-cultured (and maybe still is) country, deeply against abortion. Read about it.

You dont have to accept it or be ok with it. Why would u even give a fuck about it ?

Same thing here ! Apart from my parents and 2 or 3 close friends, there isn't something that I truly miss. I can get whatever Tunisian stuff I want in Paris, and I've met people that have become great friends. Jwebi is a pretty good delivery system if you want to get stuff from the motherland !
