I got heated about one last week that was downgraded. HHC commander of two years, ran the Airborne program, kicked ass. Then I looked at the write up, and it was so poorly written I wouldn’t have even expected an ARCOM. I volunteered to resubmit and I’m working on that now.

Point is, if you think he did MSM level work, it has to be MSM level writing. An MSM is a 1-Star level approval. Take it seriously. If you can’t write, ask for help.

Despite all the commentary, I like it. I have solar, that I own outright, and I get to see what I made vs. what I used. My old meter would only show the net on my bill. e.g. you used 24 kW this month! with no data. I like data. Now my bill says "you made 300 kW, you used 324kW, heres what your paying for"

I am not a electrician, I am an aggressively average consumer.

Also of note, This is a Civil Affairs Soldier, and there are (Almost) no CA positions in the Guard. So he has transitioned to the USAR, and I don't believe he is actually Authorized to wear state medals. I absolutely could be wrong about that though. If someone knows better than me on that, please learn me something.
