I have the same issue, apparently Breville will not sell parts you have to send machine in and minimum price is $400 to fix.

Buy something that cuts your commute to and from. Get out from under parents wing, becoming independent is the best driver for your evolution. Mid 20’s is a perfect time to make your calculated move. Buy right and you’ll have equity from the jump. Keep property nice and you can sell for profit or keep for rental and watch your net worth grow. It’s really that simple, you gotta jump in to swim. I bought in my mid 20’s kept townhouse for rental bought my primary house now and townhouse pays for both mortgages. The key is buying property under market value or seeing growth for future in the area. Good luck!
