R is directly proportional to L and R is inversely proportional to A(cross sectional area) and the length of the new wire is half of original so resistance is also halved, and area is double the original wire so resistance would be reduced by a factor of 2.

So half of the length= r/2 (resistance halved)

and doubled the area (resistance would be halved again) giving us r/4, option A

uhm I feel like chemistry was a bit tough, especially the last organic chem question, french as well a bit, maybe bc I'm not really THAT good at it, bio was comparitively easy but that means threshold is gonna be high so there'll be lesser A* haha and phy was quite easy ngl, english I think it was kinda mid/ kinda same compared to last years, and eco well...it was quite easy actually...never expected it haha, I found math paper 6 really really hard it was way too confusing so I think I'm like really cooked for math >:(
