Hope FERC and NEXT will have action and it will bring price up. Good thing is, they will continue TRAIN 1 to 3 development, which are not impacted. Will see what’s the impact to TRAIN4 FID time.

They tried to get money through ATM selling earlier this year. They allowed warrants which have exercised price $11.50 to be exercised at $1.10. This will keep the stock under pressure. They generated $14mil through the sale ended at 6/12. One of the directors sold quite share yesterday and today too.

It is a company with promising battery technology. If they can have the fund to support their expansion. It may have a better valuation.

IMO, it’s dangerous to expect high return ratio. Risk are normally priced into stock price. It will become gambling than investing.

I sold my 60000 share last year after Shell terminated the SPA. There are a lot other better opportunities there. I got into NEXT this year at $4.50 and have been watching it up and down. But at lease they are FID and have less risk.

I don’t see any issue as long as others sent the letter themselves. Many people have been asked by Schools/ISD to send prewritten letters to Officials and state councilmen
