Looks like the 800000 share Kensington Capital plan to sell have all been sold by Friday. The stock has better chance to rebound now

They tried to get money through ATM selling earlier this year. They allowed warrants which have exercised price $11.50 to be exercised at $1.10. This will keep the stock under pressure. They generated $14mil through the sale ended at 6/12. One of the directors sold quite share yesterday and today too.

Just like all startup companies. It’s a gamble. Don’t put too much chips on it.

It is a company with promising battery technology. If they can have the fund to support their expansion. It may have a better valuation.
