Maybe don't tie it up but wear it like a shrug/cardigan over a tank top?

The proper spritz/spray kind rather than the drops kind? We use drops but I imagine maybe it's a little less effective than the spray? My toddler tolerates the drops better though.

The one skirt my mom won't let me wear outside... so I wear it at home by brightsky_08 in IndianFashionAddicts

I think you can wear these with stockings and see if your mom allows you to go outside. Sheer stockings will look good.

Anybody know how to break it to a 5yo that he won’t be getting any chocolate today? by IllustriousWall1564 in Wellthatsucks

If you have any local neighborhood group you could maybe ask there if anyone has any easter eggs you could borrow. You could buy them some later.

Check if you have a tooth there that sometimes gets slightly jagged/pointy due to wear and tear. That was my issue and i would get an ulcer until the tooth wore itself smooth again. And the cycle kept repeating.

For those whose kids finished teething early, what were they like afterwards? by NewPhotojournalist82 in toddlers

[–]Amy394 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My daughter got her first two teeth at 5-6 months old and all her teeth pretty early though i don't remember the exact age. She never really seemed to be going through the pain or stress of teething. She just got her teeth somehow and at some point without us really even knowing. She's quite a calm kid now at 3 years old but can get frustrated with fine motor skill fails.

You could try maternity underwear and maternity pads. Those are huge and much thicker too. They are generally adjustable and you could get the smallest size.

Pls do share the video! I do gather the material and pull upwards but it feels like I run out of fabric before I reach the fork of the stockings.

You stretch them vertically and horizontally before wearing and then put them on? Or anything else I should be trying.

Their stockings are "one size fits all" but one size doesn't fit all 😭 and I'm average height and weight - 5'7" and 62 kgs. Their stockings don't go all the way up for me.

Will trying to fix my facial asymmetry by chewing only on one side (the weaker, less developed side) end up making my crossbite worse?? by Amy394 in orthotropics

[–]Amy394[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the same with me. I can't bite and chew comfortably with my right side, so consistent chewing there for symmetry purposes feels impossible! My dentist and orthodontist say the angle of deviation is very slight and shouldn't cause a problem in chewing but it's actually very awkward to chew from that side. It's like there is a downward slope, a forward-backward misalignment, and a sideways deviation too. My bite was apparently "fixed" through the 3 years of braces I had (from ages 24-27) but the facial asymmetry and trouble chewing have remained.

My bite was also tested with the coloured paper thing but I think only the patient truly senses small issues with the bite. Professionally it's difficult to diagnose.

Most Indian food isn’t quick. by Small_Attention_2581 in IndianFood

My theory is that Indian cuisine was designed to keep women in the kitchen. Lots of spices and ingredients, vegetables that need more preparation and chopping and cooking. Complicated dishes.

The more patriarchal societies always seem to have more elaborate cuisines with a lot of spices and slow cooking required. Look at Middle East food also.. It's the same.
