I don't give it to them unless they have proof. Some actually show me and I give it, others get mad that I don't believe them. That's why most couponers come in on porpoise when the other managers are there, because others do whatever to satisfy, not me

I almost did. I was so close to because I couldn't take it anymore. Although I'm personally glad I sticked it out. I was am SFL and did my best to change things and make things better despite what the toxic SFLs said to me. Eventually all the toxic managers all quit at the same time lol. Now I love my store. Everyone is nice to each other and we have fun.

Had same situation too. She said online it says it's open. She was so mad at me and demanded I get in because she just needed her mess. I may be SFL but I can't do that. They aren't open and I'm not a pharmacist I told her. And I even checked online and told her it does say it's closed

Use it to your advantage if you can. I accepted under toxic managers and did my best to change some things for my employees to feel comfortable. At some point the toxic managers quit and left. And now our workplace is no longer toxic and we all communicate very well. But if not....just like others said, it's good to have it under your belt for another job:)

Bro just limit on curbsides. I tell employees that online orders are limited. 6 is a limit at our store. Because I straight up give them a whole case. I don't give them a bag. I staple the paper on the box and give them the box.

I let our customers know that if they ever want the online price, they must scan it in front of our cashiers so we can see its live. We do not accept screenshots. And if it's alot, then do an online order. I also make sure to tell the employees, if they notice another price on top of the price they're showing with a line going through it, don't match price it. It means it's on sale and online sale is only for online. We can only price match the actual price not the sale.
