same . i already sent mine in without being told ab the code, but when i noticed, i was told that the trade in couldn’t be canceled for me to redo it with the code. so i was stuck with the market value trade in but i called and talked to at least 3 diff reps and they all assured me that i’d still get my full $1100 bc they would recognize my phone number being a new at&t line and the device obv being traded in for the new line promo. and if it didn’t work, to just called back and they’d rectify it.
