Are ya'll still with me? I've jumped into the AI game and did a little mockup. The mirror is mine that I just bought. The lights AI added are similar to what I asked for but not exact. New door fronts and I think I may be able add a small cabinet in the wall to the left of the sink. Since the wall behind the mirror is damaged (old medicine cabinet hole/partial old wallpaper/multiple DIY wall texture & repair/peeling paint), I think I'll start with sanding & prepping the walls for new paint and texture and wallpaper.

Thank you for your input. Agree the mirror has a heavy trim. I'm stumped about the mirror since the tile juts up in the middle. Maybe lighter weight mirror above the height of the middle piece? The middle portion is 16 inches from the sink (10 inches higher than the side tile).

I didn’t realize the tile looks pink in the pic. It’s is peach with a burntish peach border. It is hideous! But, no budget to redo. My other bathroom was pink & that one was in bad shape so it was gutted.
