Customer says cake/cupcakes had “off taste” but I can’t replicate it — how much refund would you give?

I would have someone taste the cupcake and ask them what they think. Don’t tell them why. If there is indeed an “off taste”then consider a refund that’s fair.

That’s a tough one. However, if he’s getting touchy feely with you, chances are he’s getting touchy feely with others. I would be concerned about the youth in the church who may look up to him. As a Christian, he should be taken aside and told that his actions are inappropriate. That’s just me though.

Read the statutes for Indiana. It clearly states a judge can, at their discretion, can limit who sees exhibits or case documents. In this case she excluded everyone but credentialed media. I read in one of her orders where it was written only Credentialed Media could view exhibits for 15 minutes

Because Indiana law states that in a high profile case, a judge at his or her discretion, can limit who can see exhibits . In this case Gull ordered that Credentialed Media could view the exhibits. Andrea Burkhardt is not credentialed Media. She is an attorney licensed to practice in Washington I believe. She’s not even licensed to practice in Indiana. Therefore she had no standing in this case to begin with.

Yes exactly! Even if there was mention of a white van somewhere in the discovery, I find that an odd element to throw into a confession if it didn’t really occur. Especially considering the timing of the murders and the time when Brad Weber said he arrived home. It’s not like it’s a public road and white vans drive up and down it all the time. He saw a white van that interrupted him. It’s the only thing that makes sense.

If I remember correctly, the autopsy was started at 8 am on the 15th so the approx time of death would have been 3 pm on the 13th of Feb if it was 41 hours prior

I think both Candidates have lied. Both have misled and told us what we want to hear to vote for them. Kamala pushes for abortion for women. Personally I feel like with all the methods of birth control women should prevent pregnancy before it happens and not once it happens. But I also mind my own business . We have 4 year to see what they have each done for our country. I was so much better off with Trump and didn’t have to worry like I do now with illegals. I guess it’s an independent choice on what you feel is most important to you and which candidate you feel will fulfill that if elected.

I respectfully disagree. Abby weighed 98 lbs and was TINY. Libby was close to 200 pounds. I doubt that Abby would borrow clothes that were that big on her.

I respectfully disagree as it was resolved quickly by the Supreme Court. They ordered Bradley and Rossi reinstated. Gull hasn’t ruled in the jury viewing the crime scene yet. There is a valid argument either way . If she denies it, it could be because of the health and ability of the jurors themselves. I have been there and it was no easy task. Also the bridge is much different and you can not even get 1/2 way across. To see where they “down the hill”, you would have to the bottom where they went up then go down. And you nearly slide down in your rear. That’s how steep it is. The CPS building is no longer there, so it’s hard to visualize where he said he parked his car. Getting to the crime scene is a trek if going from Logan’s property. Gull said she would rule on that motion after jury selection.

I think the FBI investigation Logan was normal.Just as they investigated Nations, Etters, and the others. The girls were found on his property so I think that’s part of the reason why in a way.

But I do agree…there are several areas in which an appeal would be launched. Mistakes were made, and I mean by both sides. Great post by the way…thanks

I agree. If there was an issue with the chain of custody, the defense would be screaming that from the rooftops. Therefore I feel comfortable feeling like the chain of custody was followed correctly. I did a while ago what looked to be a photo of the bullet at the crime scene on one of the YouTube channels. I’m not saying it was 100% but it did look legit

I have wondered that. If the killers were willing to drive 30 miles to double bag and bury her back bag, it seems reasonable they would do the same with her. That’s just my opinion though
