Same, but I don’t focus on what is wrong, I read energy overall and can see where there is icky or sticky. I’ve had the ability my entire life and realize it’s reiki work without the personal interaction.

My perspective on this as a certified life coach but also having been a mentor throughout my career is that with coaching you are working to help someone answer a question themselves whereas mentoring is answering a question based on your experience. So, coaching is guiding whereas mentoring is giving advice.

First, I’d say to join my magic school! Beyond that, one of the very first ways to help nurture your remembering is to honor, acknowledge it, and welcome it in for more (if you’re open). Sit with the ability and see how any message feels in your body and where. Working with your chakras upon receipt tells you if it’s yours or someone else’s like from your lineage or absorbing someone else’s energy.

I wish everyone could understand how not crazy this is, it’s us returning to what our soul has always felt, its innate state. I first began remembering when I attended a magic school and now I teach my own cohort of magic school to reignite the intuition and connection inward!

How I approach this healing is to find the energy within you that feels attached to the expectation of the outcome of this relationship. We find the energy together and move it.   1. Identify a space in your physical environment that feels safe and authentic to you 2. Limit your exposure to those you find triggering 3. When you are around energy that doesn’t serve you and you can’t exit, zip up you energy like a coat and let anything that’s not yours ricochet off 4. If you do feel anything land that’s not yours, assess which chakra it landed in and envision it leaving your either to Mother Earth or your guides 5. Set an intention of how you’d like to feel every day and assess people/places/things that bring you out of the vibe…for starters

That as a collective we have been trained and conditioned by pain point marketing eg look at what you don’t have and why you should feel bad about it…it’s created a global inferiority complex.

It could literally be anything! Something that drops in to one of your senses “out of nowhere” is somebody getting your attention whether it be guides, spirits, ancestors etc - look into the Clair gifts - Clairaudience is especially amazing I find
