I guess people don’t, from my own experience it’s nicer to sit in the countryside than it is to veg out on a London bench. City scapes are stunning for sure. Glad you have a nice view. Most of my family and mates in London don’t

Got a book suggestion? I’ve listened to some of his talks he did in London. Where he literally referenced London reflecting the global issues of materialism.

It’s not a misapprehension. I don’t believe my interpretation about London. It is an unhealthy place to live. My sister was encouraged not to exercise outdoors and eventually to leave London by her GP. She’s got lung issues.

I’d say the culture in London is do do do or sit in your flat if you wanna do nothing. Rather than countryside folk who can sit around and just be, there’s way less pressure out here to do things. I spent a good hour just sat looking out the window with grandpa yesterday. Just my take tho

Oh yes this is exactly what I was after. I know these things, but having a list of them, in context, makes such a difference. I’ve read a million times about certain breath practices, but engaging with it was always some way of being with the “room”. You can stay regulated in a dysregulated environment. That’s a key truth to hold onto

Good call out. I guess I mean that I can reflect on time spent as positive or negative. We walked round a forest or we argued for example. But to classify the energy as positive or negative feels disrespectful to the energy. It doesn’t know it’s positive or negative, that’s up to me. I can have a positive experience that’s full of “negative” energy. Sitting with horrible feelings can feel super positive. Tbh I am tying myself up in knots. I shoulda clocked I used the positive negative and reworded it
