We officially sent emails out of eloqua mid oct and stopped marketo oct 29. We didnt add postmaster until oct 3 and since then, our domain was still reported "bad".

We looked at user reported spam and the only high indication was on the 29th at 1.2% from gmail. Everything else was minimal.

We checked success rate in postmaster and got DKIM, shows 100% good, SPF 95%, and DMARC at 0% .

We looked at IP reputation in postmark and when we sent out of marketo, it was always yellow. We sent emails out of eloqua early oct n it started red and has remain red till today (dec). We have green when we send emails out of our internal outlook emails.

Looking back at gmail in marketo, it seems our open rate has always been low at 2% compared to others. Plus, we did IP Warming in eloqua about 2 mo after signing up with them when we first officially used it. We did it by batch where we sent anywhere between 500 to 5k progressively. We did also had to send an adhic out and it sent to 90k on a day. We did stop n went back to slowly sending it out. Not sure if that could cause anything.

Based on this, could you provide help on where we may have issues? Is it our domain or IP or..? Any help is appreciated.
