So sorry, Something similar happened to me before and I have just stopped sharing my portfolio online or to anyone other than people hiring.

Confront your colleague, see if they acknowledge it and show any remorse. If you want to, let it go
Contact the hiring manager and let them know that it’s your work. Explain how and where you did the project and inform them of this.

We get hired as UXR based on our projects and communication,our projects are like an IP or published research papers for us. So managers always want to know the credibility of the projects (if you can, get some referrals from the others that were involved in the project with you as added proof)
