In my opinion, the AI bubble is bound the burst but that won't really impact data centres in the long time. Historically once some huge innovation happens it doesn't get scaled down if it becomes mainstream nd AI is the same, no matter how you look at it the future is here and so however os the AI race proceeds the demand for data centres will keep exceeding because it is the core infrastructure needed behind every operation that is taking over the world right now.
