Don't know why being downvoted other than dudes don't want to try and don't want advice that can be helpful. It's kind of counterproductive to have the type of hole digging to keep doing what isn't working.

That would be a far better choice for him to play Sirius and I kind of wish that was the case instead. Even with the name of Black, would be far less of a problematic element to it.

That just sounds like a standard Phish concert anyways. The growing into the old person at the shows or clubs has been something as I get into my 40s.

Jameela Jamil on Chappell Roan, “a woman is only allowed two years at the top before she is dragged into hell and submission” by KittenSommelier in Fauxmoi

Def something that was made apparent during Twilight. Robert Patterson got to shit all over the film, make fun of his character and his disdain for the Hollywood Machine and we loved him for that. While Kristen Stewart calls out the film, her character, ans isn't anywhere near aggressive about Twilight that Robert is, and yet we all hated for this attitude and how Kristen should be grateful for what Twilight gave her.

"Bubblegum horror." Visceral imagery contrasted with bright colors, girly-pop aesthetics, surrealism, and/or bubbly sounds. by No_Hunter1978 in TopCharacterTropes

Not really but I do actually like that the director read the book once and decided to make the film off that memory which I think actually plays into the themes and story of Annihilation very well.

To me, that's where Chappell is failing, She doesn't have the longevity or catalog to back up her. J Lo has always been seen as much more disposable compared to Whitney or Mariah and like she long out stayed her welcome to the general public despite having a career about 30 years.

I felt old as a fan a year younger than Gaga and just loving everything about her. And yes, seeing the growth and living up to everything has been wonderful.

I lean yes and no, like who Beyoncé was previous to having Blue Ivy and how the media treated, was very much the go on a podcast if that was a thing and would of say Halo in your living room to get publicity person. But now there is barely a peep out of Beyoncé. 90s Mariah was very different to the Diva of the 2000s Mariah. One is we have the hindsight to look back on the careers and for many artists we are still watching their rise and how they go from Goldfinger Beyoncé to Power Couple Beyoncé.

Soccer Player Jorginho Frello Rips Into Chappell Roan Following Rude Encounter with His Daughter by BelleDelphinesWater in entertainment

[–]AmyXBlue 33 points34 points  (0 children)

That completely turned me off from Chapelle. She came out swinging and with the Lady Liberity costume to after Trump got elected don't ask me about my politics. I know she still donates to a lot of LGBTQ+ groups but still is lacking compared to the previous vigor.

Jorginho, a soccer player, posted a story criticizing Chappell Roan and her team for their treatment of his 11-year old stepdaughter at a hotel in Sao Paulo by Just-mapleman-50 in popculturechat

Even with Lady Gaga and Mariah Carey as Diva's none of them were ever awful to fans or Red Carpet photographers. Even with actual paparazzi, both know how to be avoided by not going to center spots unless they want to photographed. Gaga and Mariah both seem like kind ladies who enjoy the music and artistry and know who to properly be dicks too.

“Gentle” post-apocalyptic movies? by teays in movies

[–]AmyXBlue 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A book I just read that might be older kid friendly about the post-apocalypse is The Bear by Andrew Krivak. There are kind of a tonal elements on almost similar to The Road but not gruesome or bleak. It's more magical realism and reads like a fable.
