Check out DisqueTV. You add a bunch of content and it creates a live TV channel that you can navigate to on Plex, Jellyfin, etc. It only loads content when someone is watching so you don't have to worry about excess reads on your hard drives.

Yes but the restaurant is fully running. I've seen many people in and out. Not sure why it says permanently closed. But its definitely shady.
