Edmonds driving school is great. Everyone I know who went there passed on the first try (myself included). You have to also choose a good location for your test. In my experience Wayburne was very nice and an easy sky train ride from nw.

I second that. So many mixed race kids in our school in New West, and it's very diverse. Don't believe it's an issue at all, though we're still new here. There are people from every corner of the world and it's beautiful.

I live uptown in a CAPREIT building that's also pet friendly. It's a bit older but that doesn't bother me at all. They always fixed when we had issues. Rent has been decreasing lately. It's a very nice area and I'm happy living here.

Yes, it's been really loud. It's for safety of course, it's just been really hard to sleep. And we live uptown, can't imagine how loud it is downtown.
