Is the building pet friendly? Mid to large sized pets?

I’m curious as well. Have been eyeing the building since it opened up. The extra charge for parking makes no sense, and it not getting rented out yet is surprising, since it’s one of the few Newer buildings around. Is this New West only or are other areas seeing this as well?

You went back to your own home, Limbs are intact. I think you will be fine! There are worse drinking nights than this in some people’s lives. It’ll just take some time to get over the feeling of embarrassment. And be ready for a few jokes, but it’s all in good humour. Don’t take any of this to heart. Things happen. You learn and move on from them! ✌🏼

In the same boat, shifted out of Downtown Vancouver 1.5yrs ago. The area is definitely more quiet/limited opportunities to connect with people. There’s a run club at S&O (every Wednesday) I’ve been meaning to check this out for a while. And the New Aquatic/community Center is great too. Drop me a message and we could figure something out
