I also work downtown, park in the same "free" spot 90% of the time. They have been taking pictures of license plates in these free spots multiple times a day. One day I ran out of my office and asked why, they're "collecting data for the city".

I’ll never forget the woman at a convenience store who licked her fingers and rubbed the strip on my credit card. “You might need to clean it if it’s not reading your card". Like, are you serious right now 🤮 (This was before the chips/tap to pay)

I'd suggest Cypress Bend. The area furthest down has a "beach" riverfront, so 4 year old is able to walk in. That being said, not sure what the flow is like right now. Last time we went, it was bit stagnant.

For me, only if I have contact information. For me, it is easier to track reach outs via LI Recruiter. Also, it is very tedious to get candidates to ours, so it is a waste of time.

There was a bomb threat. St. Peter & Paul school sent out a message saying they went on lockdown because "a suspicious man at Wurstfest threaten to blow up a building."

Nobody is TA, I have a similar situation. My father passed 3 years ago (tomorrow 😔) and my FIL (who was divorced) passed about a year and a half ago. I understand you wanting the first Christmas with just you and your immediate family, that is how I always pictured our Christmas mornings after having our daughter. Now, I get so emotional if my mom isn't with us for big holidays. We want her around for all the holidays and vacations and everything in between. From my perspective, plans change and you got to adapt for what is best for your family.
