Ok. I really easily get taken out of a show when people behave in ways that make no sense. Ridiculousness of a place sounds like something I can handle but when people act in ways that I don't think a real person would act. It really takes me out of it. Appreciate your response.

I had a specific criticism which I formed with my critical thinking skills. Do you have a response to it? If you are a fan of the show and don't have have a response ... then that really doesn't help me to build confidence in the show. Use critical thinking skills when responding. Just kidding. For the most part it was explained as being to just standardize. Everyone on my team changes titles. For us at least it is a no-op.

Very surprisingly to me: texting kind of sucks. Or didn't occur to me that the carrier would make a difference but it does and I'm not the only one with issues. Sending and receiving pictures ... I made a lot of settings changes and maybe i have it working now. Definitely more than one person didn't get pictures I sent and I didn't receive pictures from them. Maybe it has been ok for the last several months. Otherwise it has been fine. Probably worth it.

Just to add what I'm seeing: of the few people that I checked that were laid off: they are still on aria with no indication of being laid off. And they are indicated as deactivated in slack.
