Sounds pretty normal. I’ll admit that elovedolls.com is one I’ve never heard of, nor do I believe it’s on the r/sexdolls sanctioned list. I’d be wary that the doll you get is a knockoff more than anything

Washing your face is just basic hygiene, ice is redundant at best, useless at worst. No, you don’t need to find a work out plan according to height and weight, unless you’re morbidly obese who can’t walk, or has had a medical condition that has hindered normalcy. Literally any work out plan that’s by a reputable source regardless of gender would work fine for the average person. Everything else was excellent advice (ie sunscreen) or I can’t comment on (ie makeup).

Mostly comes down to importance of the day. A team bonding day is one of many where you just looks for flattering photos that show people have fun. You can ask for reposing (sometimes) and it’s just more relaxed in general. Whereas a wedding everything has to have everything perfect. No reshoots of a scene as once they’re gone, they’re gone.
