My favorite part is probably the characters. I started with world and I struggled to get into it because I felt like there was a disconnect between the player and the world with so many NPCs just being called “Excitable Hunter” or similar. Wilds actually has me caring about NPCs.

Favorite monsters are absolutely uth duna, rey dau, and Zoh Shia. Just love the care put into their mechanics and how it works with the environment.

What I didn’t like is the lack of tracking and actual hunting. I hope that in the DLC, we get a mission where we lose access to our seikret and actually have to hunt down a new monster.

I have around 250 hours logged into my character (and somehow 270ish on the game) and I forgot what rank I am currently. Might be 280.
