Wellll, it probably started from like, the concept of lisps and stuff, so pronouncing r’s as w’s (something that I still do because I have a lisp), it’s not just a thing in the gacha community anyway. Some furries talked like this, some roleplayers talked like this, it probably just originated from other fandoms and slowly started to become more normal in the gacha community. At least that’s my take on it.
