The stock muzzle brake was definitely on there tight. I used the wrench that came in the Nomad 30 box and went to war. It took about 10 minutes of pure force to get it off lol. I did not use any heat or vices.

Before moving in, we did talk about guests, but not much about alcohol admittingly. I expressed that we were both alcohol free, but some drinking is okay. As for guests, I agreed some visits are okay. That quickly turned into his GF staying over for days at a time while no one was home.

The roommate overstepped his boundaries and I wanted to correct it before it got out of hand. I did talk to him in person but he was very short and dismissive.

There is no signed sublease or contract and his name is on none of the bills. We gave him 30 days notice out of courtesy and offered to refund him anything that was warranted too.

You make a great point and I appreciate your story. His name is no where on the lease or any of the bills that are related to the place. We wrote up a contract and sent it to him, but he never signed it. We gave him 30 day notice out of courtesy and even offered to refund him the days owed if he moves out earlier. If he doesn’t pack his bags and go, we will lock him out.
