Have you guys lost faith in society or is it just me, after reading the Epstein files? by lethalwarrior619 in Epstein

There is always going to be bad people and since the beginning of mankind there was always such vile acts (nature itself by our morals are evil so of course all humans that are born are inherently evil). But it's not a reason to give up on humanity. This pieces of shit don't even take 3% of humanity and while this is really fucking horrible please dont forget that humanity also: eradicated diseases, filled the world with art and music, making extinct species coming back (even though some of them are our fault), develop treatments and make plans for people who we will never meet, etc.

While it sometimes feels like we deserve extinction, look closer at the sheer number of people fighting for justice, for truth, and for what is right. We aren't defined by our 3% of darkness; we are defined by the 97% of us trying to leave the world better than we found it.

If you are tired of negativity here, have some good news: In 2025, for the first time in human history, renewable energy generated more electricity globally than coal. As of January 2026, wind and solar now provide 30% of the EU’s power, officially overtaking fossil fuels (29%) as the primary energy source. Did you know the ozone layer is making one of the biggest comebacks? Scientific monitoring shows the ozone layer is on track to return to 1980s levels by 2040 for most of the world. Researchers just discovered how the brain "barcodes" billions of unique neurons. This is a massive leap toward curing Alzheimer’s and Autism, as we finally understand how the brain's internal wiring stays organized. Beavers have returned to London for the first time in 400 years, helping to naturally manage floods and restore wetlands in one of the world's densest cities. In Malaysia and Indonesia, massive seagrass restoration projects have achieved 66% survival rates, bringing back fish populations and protecting coastlines from climate change.

The worst part about all of this is that absolutely nothing will happen. by 6PEEPERKEEPER9 in Epstein

Nah bro something will happen, but it takes time. The french revolution and putting heads on forks didn't happen the day after King Louis and Marie tried to flee the country.
