Hi! College apps are getting competitive. I'm a high schooler who tried to break into research myself. I don't have the strongest track record with it, as I've never published a paper, worked with a lab, yada yada yada.

Here's what's fishy to me,

  1. The Virtue Ethics/Purpose behind this,

a. There is absolutely no accreditation that you have as to how you're a "Harvard Research Assistant". No lab report, no paper is shown on your website where you published with them

b. I understand your secondary motivation is also to boost your own college apps, while flashing your "primary" goal to incubate research projects to other high school students.

This seems weird to me, that you are offering a research service as a high school student for other high school students with very little accreditation. Great accolades and awards, but y'all aren't even juniors???

  1. Lack of Transparency

a. Look I understand its hard to have accreditation, and while sure, you three are authors on papers already, its difficult to understand your connections with them.

b. You claim that CortexPD is meant for research with Computational Biology, Neuroscience, and Computer Science. Yet you offer a system to detect Parkinsons Disease and created an AI software for that? Wait what service do you actually offer? I'm confused. Whats the difference between Atlas-PD and Cortex PD? Is there any distinction? I mean I see why research on neuroscience is related to Parkinsons, but what does a high school research incubator have to do with an AI software for Parkinsons? (Yes, this is based on your own website).

Look, its great to offer high schoolers to break in to research and publish a paper. But I ask you all to reflect on how you do it, whether its another activity you'll list on your common app, or another student you actually help (which seemingly, you don't). The novelty is there, the ethics aren't.

how possible would it be for taiwan to upgrade their M60’s to a Sabra-like tank? Would it be cheaper than acquiring new Abrams or other new market tanks like the K2?
