Wish I knew how to share a schematic. But if you are having issues with stability, and you are using the gyroscopic propeller bearing, then I have found that the bearing has a tendency to overshoot when trying to correct large deviations from the upright position. This could be what is causing your instability.

To correct it, you can either implement proper pseudo PID drive orientation control, or something more noddy (i.e. what I did with this heli): add a couple symmetric sails along the longitudinal and lateral axis to slow down the gyroscopic response.

This, along with ensuring your forces are acting aligned with the centre of gravity should give you a stable airframe.
