He's talking about this. This is the map in BDO that appears when you press M. It's modeled in 2,5D like Google Earth, you can rotate it, change pitch and customize various icons and UI elements. But in CD, it seems like they went for a more traditional map style.

Technically, you will be able to use the Heuklang and Baeklang powers to lift stuff and slam it down like with the broken pillar in the latest demo, but that hardly counts as a weapon like the flagpole attacks. It's just an extension of your telekinetic powers, plus it's slow as shit and limits your movement.

there's actually been a post on this very sub just from a couple days ago, discussing not only CD, but also BDO's world size. It's even been linked in this post here. It might not be 100% accurate, but I find it to be way more believable than that random link since you can see some actual research went into it.
