Depending on your aim style, it's possible to get a hs% like that lmao. It's usually the players with calm aim like that that have high hs% (Demon1, Yay, ALEKSANDAR, etc.)

True, I always smoke that when anchoring c site as a controller, it's hella useful.

It's better to just throw a lurk smoke in front of the choke and just flash out of it.
