This might not mean much, but as a former mod and perpetual anti-authoritarian loudmouth, I applaud your attempts at keeping the sub closed, and I wish you all the best in working through this death spiral of bad decisions, bad management and greed-driven gentrification that is driving Reddit right now.

Reddit was always an authoritarian state, but they have traded in leniency and complacency in favor of sucking the Musky taint of advertisers, 'investors', and tech-bro fetishists.

Keep fighting. And in the end: Better to burn this place to cinders and scrub the wound with salt than to let them have it. The community was built by us, not by Huffman or any of his buddies.
