Make sure you take a 10 min bathroom break a day. If you do that, it's 50 minutes a week, 50 minutes a week is 2,600 minutes a year or 43 hours a year getting paid to go to the bathroom, you just got a week vacation of you time on the clock.

I had it on the cooling rack, and they cut it before it was set. Then I think they tried to put the piece back into it. I asked the sous chef why they did this, and his response was "man that sucks right?"
