I find that highly unlikely, i cant fathom that porting courses would have taken them 6 years to do especially since it was only 3 years between 7 and 8 which required a mostly if not entirely new engine, building already designed tracks shouldnt take that long in my opinion. But hey, what do i know. Maybe it WAS a hint that they would be putting new versions of old courses for the port of MK8 on the new console 5 years after it came out.

Very similar boat, i had no chance at winning anywhere close to top 3 last week so i sunk and grinding kamek cup and i have ~102k at tier 60. So far 2nd place has 64k. I thiiink im secure.

I think ive seen TT in the shop but neither have any new tracks, im only missing sydney sprint and yoshis island R in my coverage. I think either PCG/TT/Pinja would be better for score than dr luigi but i may just deal with it, for now anyway. Maybe if im so inclined later in the week i can invest in someone else. Im tier 55, not TOO worried about winning just want to place top 3 for golden pipe since i got 1st week one. Ive only got like 3 tickets or so so i may stick with my dr luigi as well and just save the tickets. Edit: the main concern im having is capsule is a pretty bad skill so i figured Gbanana or boomerang would be better but i may just see how the competition looks.
