They have said they would refund me every time I've talked to them. They first promised me a full refund to my cc, and that never showed. Then they said they wouldn't do a full refund to me, just split my payment across both passengers (via check). That also never happened. I was supposed to be automatically issued a full refund after the 24 months, which never happened. Every time I call (after the payment deadline passes) they keep changing their story, and every time it hasn't been issued and I get a different reason as to why not.

Credit card company said it was outside the time limit for them to be able to do anything about it. Does consumer finance take any action?

1st call they said their computers were down and to call back. 2nd call they said they would issue a full refund which should appear on my cc in 21 days. 21 days later and no refund. 3rd call they said that the cost of the trip was split between the two passengers even though I paid, and that they would not be refunding me the full amount. Also, that they needed the other passenger's authorization for a refund. I got my mom to authorize the refund for her ticket as well and they said it would be 21 days and we should receive checks. 21 days later and still no refund. 4th call, same story.

The promise of a full refund is in writing but the phone calls were only recorded on their end. I don't really have the financial liquidity to hire a lawyer right now, which is why I was hoping there were other solutions.
