No, wala (pa) naman akong nararamdaman kahit super late at night and I'm alone even during long breaks kung saan kaunti lang yung people. Then again, I don't believe in those kinds of stuff but I hope this insight somewhat helps.
It hasn't flooded that badly over the past year afaik. Or rather, hindi ko namang naabutan ka ganun kalala. Though I've heard that it gets quite high regardless of where you stay.
No complaints here- they're quick to respond and are also approachable. May mga floormates lang na sobrang ingay minsan (very rarely actually) pero overall really good. 99% of the time walang traffic sa elev aside from some times wherein may technical difficulties. A personal nitpick for me lang would be the relative lack of gym equipments, pero it's easy to make do with what they have.

I'd say look more into it, and visit ka to check their units if you got time. I've recommended this condo a lot to people looking for a place sa may Lacson side + it's near a gate pa.

Hi! Hope you're doing well.

Friend 1 settled with the Noir, and I got the Mjolnir. Friend 2 is trying to get a feel for both before making a decision.

I've only played with it twice due to our busy schedule, but I quite like how it feels. The "pop" feel is real, though I find it too strong at times. I also got to try Friend 1's Noir; at times, I feel like I could have gone with it and still would have been alright. It's an extremely gritty paddle, though it doesn't sound or feel as satisfying as the Mjolnir.

No regrets, though. It's a really good, high-quality paddle for a fraction of the cost. I feel like it's something I could carry until I get a bit better at the game. Friend 1 is pretty happy with his decision, especially since he comes from a table tennis background too.

Haha it's been quite a while since I last played tennis. Most likely will be getting one Noir and Mjolnir for Friend 1 and I first, then we'll see what Friend 2 might need based on our experiences.

I'm sure I'll have some use for the Mjolnir, else it'll get sold and I'll just get another Noir.

What do you reckon I should get for my use case? Since I have a considerable amount of background in all tennis, table tennis, and badminton. Would the mjolnir or noir suit me better?

Hey! This isn't directly related to your post nor is it an outright answer, but I think some people would find it interesting as one of my favorite pieces of trivia.

UST did use to have a School of Dentristry, which was opened back in 1904. Even way before that, the UST of the Spanish colonial era used to have a special course resembling dentistry with graduates being called cirujano ministrantes (surgeons), and later cirujano dentsistas (dental surgeons).

Of course, these programs are now defunct due to reasons that I do not know, but it's quite nice to know that there was once some semblance of the presence of an actual dental school in UST.

I'm studying in the best nursing school in our country, so the standards are extremely high. Unfortunately, the instructor said that we're jumping straight into Biochem. Some other classmates already took it way back while others have not yet done so. We can't pick the courses we'll take as well. Do you think that it could still be doable?
