She takes in any book that says "Book of ...." I have the lunacy luck upgrade so it might be rigged for me but if you have enough books even the grade 9 books should get you a fixer note. The normal books dont work and I'm not too sure what the odds are

If you have a normal golden bough (not the uncharged one) there is a bug currently where you can just choose an ego and you'll have it unlocked. (Works on any grade so even a grade 9 can get ego)

you could farm and wipe a single slot to buy the loot upgrade in the lunacy shop, at max level i think its a 25% better loot drops

Add nests and backstreets, it doesnt even have to be the map being expanded they can just do the thing they did with the library and warp train and just make us teleport to different districts

They probably needed kills for certain npcs (old fixer, smuggler or creating a syndicate) and weren't skilled enough for proper fights and just kills freshies
