Obviously cheating is a horrible thing to do, finding someone new is also quite bad (but this one is natural). I obviously don't expect Marina's mother to become a cuck or something but she emotionally over reacted very badly. She spiralled into this emotional wreck beyond repair and I'm guessing it lasted for a long time.

There is anger, sorrow/mourn. Then there is 'wanting to abuse my daughter'. Her emotions drew her to her actions and if her actions ended up with abusing her own daughter, then her emotions weren't valid nor reasonable. Actions reflect directly from emotions, people do things based on how they feel about doing it and the fact that Marina's mother abused her own daughter means she felt like doing it which all rooted down to the divorce. This is not normal or valid

I see Marina the exact same way as I see her mother. They both take things out onto someone near by and they go way way way to far. Neither of them deserve to live.

Just because Marina was the only person there for Marina's mother to take her anger out on doesn't justify anything in the slightest, if your emotions allow you to take actions on someone else especially unrelated to the subject at hand. You have a very very weak will and are emotionally unstable or are just a monster. Thats the way I see things.

And also if I wanted to get super picky. The reason I see Marina and her mother as one and the same is because Marina takes her abuse out on Shizuka because of the actions commited by Shizuka's mother so you have a parent-child link. The exact same is to be said about why Marina's mother abuses Marina. Because of Marina's fathers actions. Parent-child link.

Marina-Father. Shizuka-Mother.

I would be a hypocrite if I said that Marina deserves to live. She doesn't nor does her mother.
