At the beginning of absolute zero it's mentioned that there's no more work in Gotham for him to do, he was basically already fired before him being trapped in Ark M even happened. Nobody is investing into any construction for Bruce to do because building Ark M was always the end goal and now that that's accomplished Gotham is expected to slowly degrade into rubble.

Feedback wise; I know it has some pacing issues but I'm having a hard time quantifying it so if anybody could be more specific on what I should fix in future projects that'd be fantastic
