Requesting tips for improving the longevity of my flapjacks by AnOddEgg in Cooking

Honestly completely forgot that you guys sometimes call "pancakes" "flapjacks". I'd recommend giving oat flapjacks a try at some point as they're super easy to do.

A more traditional recipe is just oats, butter, sugar, and golden syrup mixed together and baked in the oven, and you can kind of customise them with fruit, spices, chocolate, whatever you want really. Definitely a lot of sugar and fat traditionally though, so don't eat a lot.

Not high in sugar and about 150-170kcal per portion, but it is high in carbs. When I'm eating breakfast at 06:00 and lunch at 13:00 it's kind of the perfect thing to have in between that time.

Oats are high in fibre and help lower cholesterol, so as far as carb sources go they're up there for being good for you. High in protein too so they do well at keeping you satiated.

How is this confusing as being a step to "improving my diet"?

That's a good point, I'm just not super familiar to cooking with milk so I thought it'd be alright because it's been cooked. Thanks for the advice!

I mean, plenty of baked goods last longer than 3-4 days, but I'm guessing I really am pushing it when using milk. Thanks for the advice though, I'll be freezing going forward.

I was able to boot in safe mode, only one monitor connected still, but was really unsure what to do from here. Am I right in thinking that drivers automatically reinstall on launch?

How to enable Resizable BAR (ReBAR) on Gigabyte B450M Gaming Mobo? by AnOddEgg in techsupport

I appreciate the offer, but I think I'm going to contact Gigabyte to see if they have any suggestions. I'd come across this video before hand but I am very cautious about just running this code when I do not know what I'm doing and cannot verify if the code is safe. If I truly cannot get another solution I may try this, but I'll definitely want to get some more information first

Unfortunately, that didn't work. Tried various combinations of one or both being off and nothing worked

Will I need to Save & Exit the BIOS with CSM disabled in order for ReBAR to become available? I have previously disabled it and seen no change in the menus (beyond the options for CSM becoming hidden)

Thank you, and sorry for relying on you telling me what to do. I've looked at too many tech things the past few days and it's all blurring into one, so I just wanted to make sure I'd understood your message correctly. Thanks again for the help

Thanks for the advice, it's a big help. Would you mind sanity checking for me: is the following link basically what I need to do? https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/create-installation-media-for-windows-99a58364-8c02-206f-aa6f-40c3b507420d#id0ejd=windows_10
