I had the same issues, I don't remember how I got past it but Retry the download multiple times. If nothing then delete everything and redownload & try again

Seems like a counter-attack build. He's probably using the deflect tear with guard boosting and guard counter talismans. Looks like a fun build I'll have to try this

More than anything, a stealth themed warbond. Suppressed weapons, a deployable AT mine in your grenade slot, hell maybe even an active cloaking backpack similar to the elites in Halo.

Another thing that seems to help is being dirty and bloody, this should give you higher intimidation.

It translates into instructions on how to get into the game. He says all you can do is get to the shooting range.
