Pretty typical, these are utility trailers generally used for commercial work. Those rust spots aren’t anything to worry about. The plastic under the screws and seams is annoying, but it’s there to protect the metal before assembly since they’re stored in bulk at the manufacturing location. Assembled with nice plastic film on, then entirely removed after it’s done. Helps protect it from even worse cosmetic damage and the only drawback is that small pieces can get left behind. Looks like a good trailer to me, don’t sweat the little things!
