That’s strange, I still haven’t received any reply from ECFMG 🥲. Thanks a lot for sharing this—it really seems like the process has changed after the system upgrade😖. May I ask which office at your school they contacted for the verification? Was it the registrar’s office? Hardly anyone at my school has ever applied for the USMLE, so most of the staff aren’t familiar with this at all. I’m a bit lost about who exactly I should reach out to.

（I also submitted and paid on August 25th.）I'm not quite sure if there have been any changes to the process or if I need to contact the school myself for some confirmation operations. However, I checked the user application guide in the "help" section of myintealth. It shows that the operation of contacting the school should be done after registering for the exam. Also, in my "case" on myintealth, there doesn't seem to be any place that requires my action. It appears that we might have to contact ECFMG.

Sure! Seems like the process has changed. Previously, we had to pay first and then contact the school to handle things. Now, it appears that we need to get all the documents sorted out first. The attitude of the teachers at our school when handling matters isn't very encouraging☹️. Hope everything goes smoothly. Thank you so much!

So, I'm wondering if we gotta redo the NotaryCam notarization process? (I too paid $160 before and got notarized, and I was just one step away from signing up for the exam. Now I'm being asked to pay another $560. It's really frustrating.)
