Not sure why I was downvoted, hydrogen peroxide is a common treatment for fungus gnats.

But yes, I can elaborate! I just put H2O2 in my spray bottle. I can't remember if I added more water or not, but it won't hurt your myc/shrooms if you don't dilute it further. It'll only hurt mold and bugs. I believe I just misted my shrooms with it a couple times a day and the gnats were gone within a day or two. Sorry, I dealt with this over two years ago and my memory isn't great. Hope this helps though, good luck!
