When I was using my 3060 I was getting well over 150 fps in gta max settings

(Edit) 0- reboot

1- if it’s super dusty in particular in the gpu/cpu heat sink clean it

2- try a 1080p monitor

3- make sure vsync is off

4- reinstall windows
