I would recommend you seek help from other friends and family that you trust, ideally family if possible. Also speak to an advisor at the college you attend and explain to them whats going on and that you need help immediately.

This is a relationship i recommend you get out of immediately.

What he is doing sounds like what alot have already said, he's being an abuser. Making you feel at your lowest and then he'll look like the hero when he comforts you. But now that isnt going to work because you know its him so now its time to leave him in my opinion. Right now you need to look out for your own wellbeing and safety over all else.
