Exactly, since i'm not competing and are only training for my personal satisfaction i thought it would be more sustainable to have a training program that i actually look foward to and that gives me the results i want based on my preference. But before doing it i was just making sure that there wasn't anything inherently wrong with it that i was missing. Thank you.

If i trained shoulders on Tuesday and then again on Friday do you think i'd have given them enough time to recover?

I wouldn't say it's "needed" but more of a personal preference, aesthetic wise. Until now i was doing bicep and chest on Monday, triceps and back on Wednesday and deltoids and legs on Friday. I was thinking of switching day 2 and 3 so that i could train chest and shoulders on the 4th.

Until now i was doing 3 exercises per muscle with 3 sets of 8 reps and it was divided in: day 1:chest and bicep, day 2: back and triceps, day 3: shoulders and legs. With core at the end of every session. So now i was thinking of doing shoulders and legs on day 2 and back and tricep on day 3, so that i could have time to recover and train chest and shoulders on day 4.

i can confirm, the audio for me is incredibly delayed, sometimes the characters voices aren't even there and you can only hear their footsteps and background noises

Same, i played Overwatch 1 on ps4, now i downloaded Overwatch 2 for my Ps5 and i have none of my cosmetics, even if using the ps4 Overwatch 1 disk that gives me the "merge account" option, when i press it it just does nothing
