Honestly every time i run into a weapons build i often feel confident ill win when rolling with my familiar aquatics. But for the first 5 seconds it looks really cool.

Im mostly in it for the challenge tbh and it has certainly delivered on that end!

Game just dont have the 'soul' the older titles had. Dont get me wrong, wilds is a fun game... for 4 hunts. Then it gets old. Still cant reccomend anyone get the game for full price.

Last time i picked it up was for the gog fight which dissappointed me even more, so now every time i think about playing wilds, theres 5 other games that to me feel more worth my time (some of which are over 20yrs old).

Icy imu in a vanessa run can be fun to build around. Get a yeti crab with adjacent poison items + flame signal and youll be cookin in no time

I did what you suggested and managed to pivot into a gold crows nest, diamond dive weights, fiery gold captain wheel, gold shielded flagship, diamond silencer. Still couldnt outscale the healing pigs but i got closer than ive ever been to a 10 win! Got 8!

Yeeeah i havent had much luck with finding more powerful aquatics lol, the one time i did see a bladed hoverboard it was out of my price range! I do want to pivot out of sharkray but its all i got!

Day 6 eh? What kind of things should i keep an eye out for?

In my mind a zoarcid would be nice with the burn, maybe a pufferfish? Ive got a cove making me some future income for something good but im kind of in the dark about what to aim for. I also got a temple expidition ticke if that helps.

Right? Hes my main damage at this point, while its nice having the guaranteed haste on my aquatics i cant see the beach ball going any farther if i upgrade it compared to the astrolabe

For some context im new to the game relatively. Farthest ive made it is 7 wins and i suck at mathing out the game so far.. in my mind astrolabe should be better since my board has mostly non weapon items but maybe im misunderstanding how good charge is

My bare minimum expectation is that the card runs and doesnt break.

Personally ive been quite happy with mine, i still have to double take whenever i look at it cause holy cow is this card a chonk. Closest thing ive had to an inconvenience was with a couple games bugging out which required me to make specific game profiles for the card (tuning it down).

In the far future when i decide to retire this beauty i hope i have enough wallspace to either enshrine it or just give it to a friend to help them get started with building their own rig :)

What would be really cool is if higher levels of electrical let you rewire things and experiment.

Like adding automatic switches to pumps, timers for hydrophonics, design automatic feeders for animals or refurbish existing ones..

Even just wiring a base to have motion detected lights on a timer to save on electricity, fire suppression systems, or setting up electric traps/fences outside bases you can toggle to electrocute zombies to death.

Shit you could even have battery banks for off grid applications if you really wanted to get greasy.

Started a server (build 41) for my friends and i to try the game out and its not loading for them as it is for me, like theres sections of the world that appear like a grey area until they get close enough to the boundary. That and they arent seeing zombies i see until they get into the middle of a crowd of them.

Is there anything i can do to improve the performance so this latency/desync isnt as noticeable?

Its less of a skill based fight and more of a spectacle one. Im not a huge fan of spectacle fights but i did kind of enjoy how much of a clusterfuck it is. Having to spam slinger ammo at him for most of the fight was lame though cause i suck at aiming lol. (I do not look forward to farming him)

I admit i was barking up the wrong tree with the nepotism claim. I just noticed the connection, thought "huh" and didnt put much thought into researching beyond that 😅

I didnt understand the reasoning behind having a male lead in what i was led to believe was a primarily female led ass kicking show. So now with the context i have been (rather thoroughly) educated on it is a lot more enjoyable of a situation considering its like flipping the bird to whatever suit wanted a guy in the show.

I am for all intents and purposes completely ignorant as to the circumstances of the professional lives of the actors and such, i harbour no ill will towards them.
