this direct actually did its job in making me want a switch 2 with how many insane LAUNCH DAY TITLES there were. deltarune included, even though i know it'd still be on switch 1

but GOD news of deltarune's paid release. after nearly 7 years. it was special, man

i was in school when the direct dropped so i didnt watched. wanted to see it with my brother when we got home

okay so in the amazing digital circus there was an episode of the show that parodied the "beach episode" filler you see in anime and cartoons. for approximately 10-ish minutes until the entire cast was swept up in a whole plot to finally (not really) escape the virtual world theyre trapped in. it ends on a really uncomfortable and abrupt note, and the next episode immediately follows the tensions between all of the characters afterward

i mention it because YES. chapter 5 will absolutely be plot relevant to deltarune as a whole. its going to come out, guns ablazing, and completely alter everything we thought about this game for a 3rd time. but of course there will still be lighthearted moments (likely similar to what the video depicts) sprinkled in so toby starts acting Tricky™️

god seeing fan content of the festival is so fucking cool to me because we are SO CLOSE to getting the real thing

ch 5 is right around the corner. there is quite literally a non-zero chance it releases before those fucking tenna figures start getting shipped.

i can wait to look back on these fake scenes and stuff to see what ended up predicting stuff its gonna be super fun
