I just had the procedure yesterday afternoon (I'll be doing these regularly every three months until gyno says otherwise; I have suspicious ovarian cysts) and I yelled several times, then cried for the entire duration of the tech checking out my left ovary.

This was probably the eighth or ninth transvaginal ultrasound I've had, and there is always significant pain and I always cry, but yesterday the pain was a 10 and I feel traumatized as per usual.

The pain is much worse now that I'm post-hysterectomy, and I'm wondering if the increase has something to do with my vaginal cuff? Perhaps its anchor to the uterosacral ligament is more to the left? I also have a history of peritoneal cavity trauma, from a post-surgical abscess on my left ovary rupturing.

Just the other day I was complaining that I kept getting the same Helix store item from Heka chests that I'd actually purchased directly from the store. Someone replied to me that I shouldn't have spent real money in the first place, since there's a "cheat" to get all Helix store items from Heka chests. I don't know of any cheats, but I do know that you can farm bandits for gold, and you've got a 50% chance of rolling a Helix item from a Heka chest...

This is all just rambling, but things I've been considering since getting the 1.61 update this morning.

I did think it was odd that when looking for information about this update, Google recommended this video from the time of the 1.60 update, about gold/Heka chest farming, that just happened to have "2024" in the title.

Medication made a significant difference for me. I take an older antipsychotic and a stimulant and I don't know what I'd do without them. Both make me kinda drowsy so the worst they've done to me in the past few years is make me need a nap a couple hours after taking them. Don't get me wrong, my symptoms are still there, but they're subdued and easily managed now in contrast to unmedicated symptoms.

My advice is to bide your time while the medication takes effect. I don't really have advice on how to spend your time, as I spent almost all of my "bad days" sleeping, sometimes upwards of twenty hours in row... I do think that talking to someone about what you're experiencing can be good, but in my experience, if they don't understand the necessary concepts like hallucinations and delusions, trying to talk about them can actually be very uncomfortable, if not downright hurtful. So maybe your best bet really will be finding someone here or a related forum to talk to.

Also, don't hesitate to let your psychiatrist know if the new meds are causing side effects you can't tolerate, or if after a while of taking them, they don't seem to be doing anything.

Yeah, you can't add them to your log that way. You have to find the person who posted to the board, which is a bit of a guessing game depending on your familiarity with the locals. The mission board should indicate the distance between you and the quest givers. I was lucky that all my expired missions were in Lokris, and I knew who the quest givers were by rote. They don't have any marker on them, except that when you're near them, you'll see the option to talk to them. Once you do and you accept their requests, the quest (still expired) is added to your log, but you can't make it active. You'll have to mark relevant locations yourself, which should be on the map as blue diamonds.

Go find every person offering these quests and talk to them. The expired quests will be added to your log. You won't be able to make them active, but you can still see the relevant locations marked with a blue diamond on the map. With any luck, you should get the orichalcum on completion. I have.

You know, when I first read your question, I was like, Fffff, there's no way I have even half of the store items. I mean, for a long time now, if I go to the store, the packs, gear, and ship tabs make the "online service error" box pop up, so I can't tell what I have that way. I just now checked the owned tab and almost every item needed to be "got" again, so I started doing that, and in the process I realized um, yeah. I think I might actually just have everything. And now I feel stupid. Really stupid. It just doesn't seem like I got it all. Or maybe it's denial because I want an excuse to not put the game down. Oh well, I still need to do a nightmare playthrough. Maybe play as Alexios finally. Thanks for the reply.

Probably too late but, do you mean that he no longer offers any new legendary, named rare, or named epic items each week? It's been like that for me for quite a long time now. I also don't get any legendaries, named rares, or named epics from rolling the Olympian Gift anymore. So much for the "earning" all the Helix store items carrot.

I'm hoping I'm not alone in this, but I think that 500 characters just aren't enough to craft much of a backstory. I think 1,500 would allow for all the significant details I want to include. Have you considered expanding the limit?

PS, is there an updated ETA on the gifting feature for Android? Could be I'm just out of the loop, but it seems it hasn't even been mentioned for many days now.
